RWSS cases

During the year so far for allegedly showing undue official favour and doing other irregularities in the matter of purchase of Bleaching Dozers, chlorinators etc. for supply of pipe water, Odisha State Vigilance has registered 3 cases against officials of RWSS and private persons. Investigation is in progress in all these cases.

During the year 2014, 3 cases have been registered against 4 officers. Charge sheet have been placed in 3 cases including 2 cases registered in previous years against 13 officers, while investigation are in progress in 2 cases. During the year 2014, 2 file enquiries have been registered for irregularities against the one officer, while another enquiry is issue based. Enquiry in one file is in progress, while one file has been converted to criminal case.
