E-Quarters system is adoptedfor ensuring smooth management of application for availing quarters, allotment of quarters, deposit of license fee and issue of NOC, etc. in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack to minimize the processing time and bring transparency in the process followed by the General Administration Department through use on Information and Communication Technology.

          With effect from 01.12.2013, GA pool quarters from Type-I to Type-VI categories are being allotted through e-Quarters system. For the purpose, an applicant has to register his application on the website www.as1.ori.nic.in/quartersand generate his password and id. Then he has to fill in an online application form and send the hard copy of the printout through the head of office. After activation of his account, he can participate in exercise of option for allotment of quarters. Time schedule fixed for registration of application is 11th to 25th of every month and option for quarters can be exercised between 1st to 9th of every month. The office order for online allotment of quarters is generated 11th of every month.
